Collaboration and community are two of the most important elements to your success. This is true, regardless of the industry you're in and what stage of your career you're at.

The problem with community and collaboration, however, is that some people – especially when starting out – go the wrong way about them.

So how to build a community of raving fans and foster collaboration?

In today's episode of the 360 Entrepreneur Podcast we discuss exactly that with someone, who knows a lot about the topic and who has really made community and collaboration key components of everything he does: Podcast Movement co-founder Jared Easley!

Today's Guest

Jared EasleyIn this new episode we're joined by podcaster and author Jared Easley. Many of you probably know him as the host of Starve the Doubts, podcast that sees Jared interviewing thought leaders such as Guy Kawasaki, Seth Godin, Michael Hyatt, Amy Porterfield and Pat Flynn. Jared is also the co-founder of Podcast Movement, the national podcast conference for podcasters of all niches and all levels (this year, it's going to take place July 31-August 2, in Fort Worth, Texas).

Jared is also the author of Podcasting Good to Great: How to Grow Your Audience Through Collaboration (a must-read for any podcaster!) and he's the co-founder of the Academy of Podcasters Awards. A very active conference organizer, Jared was also the co-host of the virtual event Business Podcaster Summit and Podcast San Diego.

Jared joins us to discuss what you should think about and what to do to build a community. During our conversation, he shares the story behind Podcast Movement too, and his insight on why collaboration is so important.
