Be a nice person.

How many time have you heard this?

It's one of those sentences that become a sort of motto, when we're children and then teenagers.

Being a nice person is something that we value growing up.

But then you land your first job.

You have beaten the competition and got the position.

After some time you're “battling” again, this time with a new target in sight: a promotion.

If you take a second to think about it, it's like being a nice person becomes somehow secondary in our adult life, because of other “priorities” we have.

Well, I have got news for you (the person I described above is you): being a nice guy – or gal – can really help you achieve incredible things both in your personal and professional life.

In this episode of the podcast, talk about how to be a nice guy (or gal) and finish first in business and in life.
