Be a nice person.
How many time have you heard this?
It's one of those sentences that become a sort of motto, when we're children and then teenagers.
Being a nice person is something that we value growing up.
But then you land your first job.
You have beaten the competition and got the position.
After some time you're “battling” again, this time with a new target in sight: a promotion.
